Agreement to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our messaging program (the "Program"), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Presque Isle Pickleball ("Company") at the mobile number you provide. This includes messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent and Purchase
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt-out of receiving messages at any time (see "Opt-Out" section below).
Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received. You will receive a confirmation text. Alternatively, you may request to opt-out by contacting our customer service at (814) 464-4645.
Supported Carriers
We can deliver messages to most major and minor carriers. Not all mobile devices may be supported, and message deliverability may vary. The Company and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your participation in the Program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, as described in the "Arbitration" section below.
Arbitration
You and the Company agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Program through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall be held in PA.
Exceptions to Arbitration
You and the Company retain the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and your participation in the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
